Position Overview You will oversee end-to-end tender processes: scanning government and private portals (including GeM), coordinating internal and external stakeholders, preparing compliant bid documents and ensuring timely submissions. Depending on experience, you may lead a team (Senior Manager/Manager levels) or execute submissions independently (Executive/Sr. Executive levels). Your attention to detail and compliance will help Madhav Engineers secure high-value projects. Key Responsibilities: • Tender Management: Identify opportunities on GeM and other portals; develop bid schedules and compliance checklists. • Bid Preparation: Gather technical and commercial inputs; prepare accurate technical and financial proposals. • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all forms, EMDs, and supporting documents meet specifications and are submitted on time. • Coordination: Liaise with principals/suppliers abroad for product data and pricing; interface with tender authorities for clarifications. • Post-Submission: Track tender outcomes, address queries, and support negotiations when shortlisted. • Record Keeping & Research: Maintain organized tender records and monitor market trends to improve bid strategy. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree (Electrical/Electronics/Power Electronics preferred; IT, Science, Commerce accepted). • 1–5 years’ experience in tendering or bid management, with exposure to GeM and other e-tender portals. • Proficiency in MS Office and Windows OS; familiarity with tender compliance requirements. • Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills; meticulous attention to detail. • Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently; capable of leading a small team (for Manager-level roles).
