Company Description Macro Precision Components specializes in manufacturing and supplying Aircraft/Aerospace Aluminum Alloy fabricated mechanical assemblies, CNC machined components, and Jigs & Fixtures to various government sectors including ISRO, VSSC, LPSC, HAL, BEL, and DRDOs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to expand the company's market presence. The role involves regular meetings with prospective clients, preparing business proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery.
