Job Description

Mac OSX and Server experience ranging from 10.6 to 10.11
Troubleshooting and supporting Mac/iOS devices in a business environment
Experience managing Apple devices using a Mobile Device Management solution
Knowledge of device management techniques for Mac, including Profiles
Ability to construct basic BASH Scripts
Application packaging
Mac OS X provisioning, including creating and maintaining Mac OS images
Deployment of applications and patch management in an enterprise environment
Enforcing standards around security
Experience with Microsoft Office for Mac
Understanding of Active Directory, Open Directory, and group policies or preferences
Solid knowledge of networking, covering Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, Authenticated Proxy Access, Kerberos authentication, and Active Directory integration
