The Opportunity: More Than Recruiting This is not a typical recruiter role. As a 360-Degree Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be the end-to-end architect of the talent acquisition process for our key clients. You will partner directly with C-suite and senior leadership to understand their business objectives; design tailored recruitment strategies and execute flawlessly to secure their most critical hires. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Partnership (The First 180 Degrees): Develop and act as a strategic talent advisor to client leadership, developing deep insights into their business, culture, and long-term goals. Source and Conduct intake meetings with clients to define role requirements, success profiles, and ideal candidate personas. Develop and implement comprehensive, multi-channel talent acquisition strategies for hard-to-fill and senior-level positions. Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive analysis to inform client hiring strategies. Execution & Delivery (The Second 180 Degrees): Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, social sourcing) to build robust pipelines of active and passive talent. Conduct rigorous screening and competency-based interviews to assess both skills and cultural fit. Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional journey from first contact to first day. Leverage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain data integrity and provide actionable recruitment metrics and reports to clients. Who You Are A full-cycle recruiter who thrives on both strategic advisory and hands-on execution. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in a 360-degree recruitment role, preferably within an agency/RPO environment or a fast-paced corporate setting. Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, including senior and specialist positions. Expert-level sourcing skills and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Experience with ATS systems and a strong comfort with data and analytics. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred. Why Join Us? We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Finance Manager to take full charge of our client’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong hands-on understanding of financial accounting, taxation, and data integration. Will be responsible for ensuring robust financial health, stringent compliance, and providing integrated business insights to drive strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements. Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and report on financial performance. Ensure all financial reporting complies with company policies and applicable accounting standards. Taxation & Compliance (Full Charge of GST): Take full charge of all GST related activities – including timely filing of returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), handling assessments, refunds, and reconciliations. Ensure complete compliance with direct and indirect tax laws (TDS, Income Tax, etc.). Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and legal professionals to ensure adherence to all statutory requirements. Develop and implement strong internal financial controls and systems. Business Data Integration & Analysis: Integrate all business data from sales, supply chain, and production to provide a holistic view of business performance. Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for management reporting. Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for cost reduction, and areas for performance improvement. Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making affecting the division. Preparing the MIS Reports, Monthly Dash Board, Quarterly and Yearly Financial Statement, Audit Reports, and other financial reports to keep track of financial performance. Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budgeted performance) and provide insights. Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making with data-driven financial insights. Ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues. Establish and monitor internal financial controls to mitigate risks. creating and monitoring company policies and internal controls, especially spending controls, to safeguard company assets and reduce fraud. Additional Core Responsibilities: Manage the company's liquidity, working capital, and treasury functions. Oversee inventory accounting and costing for the manufacturing unit. Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to achieve business objectives. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum qualification is B.Com . MBA (finance) and CA are also encouraged to apply if the budget is suitable. 8 to 10 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, or Food Processing industry. Non-negotiable Expertise: Mastery in the preparation and analysis of Cash Flow Statements . Proven, hands-on experience taking full charge of end-to-end GST compliance and filing . Demonstrated experience in integrating and analyzing data from various business functions (ERP systems like SAP, Tally, Oracle) to create management reports.
