Description

We are seeking an experienced Machinist to join our manufacturing team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining with a focus on precision and quality control.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate various types of machines such as lathes, mills, and grinders to fabricate precision parts.
Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine specifications and tolerances.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure that finished products meet specifications.
Maintain and troubleshoot machining equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve machining processes and outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in machining or a related field.
Proficient in operating CNC machines and manual machining equipment.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Experience with quality control processes and measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
Knowledge of materials and their properties relevant to machining.
