Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, order management, or customer service (preferably in a corporate or B2B environment). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order follow-up and tracking . Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong customer orientation and problem-solving mindset.
