Job Title: Sales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring smooth order processing, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves active engagement in order follow-up, order tracking, payment collection, and providing after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to achieve sales targets. Handle order follow-up , ensuring timely processing, confirmation, and dispatch of customer orders. Monitor and manage order tracking , keeping customers informed of order status and delivery schedules. Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, accounts, and production to ensure smooth order execution. Ensure timely payment collection from customers as per company policies and credit terms. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless after-sales experience. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and client interactions. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, customer databases, and follow-up records. Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales presentations. Contribute to achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, order management, or customer service (preferably in a corporate or B2B environment). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order follow-up and tracking . Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong customer orientation and problem-solving mindset.
