Skills: AUTOCAD (Must), Drawing verification and final cross checking, MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel and Ms Power Point.
Requirements of the job:
- Manage stock levels and distribution of inventory
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse.
- Ensure accuracy in inventory records and production records.
- Ensure inventory is managed efficiently and cost-effectively
Job Responsibilities:
- Drawing verification and cross checking it
- Maintenance of inventory (Inward)
- After the production, scrap should be recorded and submitted.
- Majorly the Purlin Supervisor should be Cross verify all the matters which are happening in the Production and Inventory management.
- Monitor stock levels and order new stock when needed
- Ensure stock accuracy through regular stock checks and audits
- Keep track of stock movements and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of stock and stock movements
- Liaise with suppliers and customers
- Report stock status and any issues to management
