Machine Shop Manager

The Machine Shop Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of CNC and VMC machinery. You will manage and supervise a team of machine operators, ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes. In addition, you will program and set up CNC/VMC machines for precise manufacturing and collaborate with the maintenance team for machine upkeep. It will be your duty to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with machinery, and conduct training sessions for machine operators. You will also be required to prepare and maintain documentation for machine operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC/VMC operations. Proven leadership and team management skills are essential, as well as a strong understanding of CNC and VMC machinery and programming. The ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in NC Programming, VMC Setup and Operation, Lean Manufacturing, Team Leadership, Quality Control, Problem-Solving, Safety Management, Technical Documentation, CAD/CAM Software, and Mechanical Engineering are also required. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, with a yearly bonus provided.
