Servicing and assembling of VMC & HMC(ATC,spindle side drive belt, clamp/unclamp cylinder,
Drawbar, Rotary union etc..)
Servicing chip and screw conveyor.
Servicing of Hydraulic and Pneumatics equipments like solenoid valves and cylinders.
Knowledge in hydraulic circuit.
Turret assembly & service work.
Knowledge in changing Motor bearings, pneumatic & Hydraulic cylinder replacing etc...
Checking & Test circuit breakers and replacing where required
Maintaining and repairing Electrical equipments
Knowledge in Checking X&Y inputs in PLC
Knwoledge in parameter changing for Axis backlash,Orientation & Axis Reference setting.
Knowledge in checking sensor inputs and replacing where required.
Rs3 LPA to Rs4.5 LPA
