Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Machine Operator who is skilled in operating machinery and can efficiently manage and coordinate with labourers. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge of machines, ensure smooth operations, and maintain productivity and safety on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor machinery used in the production/process workflow.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
Ensure machines run at optimal efficiency and meet quality standards.
Supervise and coordinate with labourers to ensure daily tasks are completed.
Maintain work discipline and safety standards on-site.
Report any technical or operational issues to the supervisor/management.
Maintain proper records of machine operation and labour attendance/work.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a machine operator (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
Basic technical knowledge of machinery operations and maintenance.
Ability to manage and lead a team of labourers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a labor-intensive environment.
Education:
Minimum 10th Pass; ITI/Diploma holders preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
