Machine Operator

You will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in the production of carbon-based products. Your duties will include setting up machines, ensuring proper calibration, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting minor issues. It will be essential to meet production targets, maintain quality standards, and keep records of production output and machine performance. Additionally, you must follow safety protocols, maintain a clean work environment, and collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 13 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing unit, preferably in carbon or chemical-based industries. You should have knowledge of machine operations, maintenance, and safety procedures, as well as the ability to read and understand production schedules and work instructions. Good physical stamina, attention to detail, and willingness to work in shifts are also necessary. Preferred skills that would be beneficial for this position include basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor machine issues and familiarity with production documentation and record-keeping.
