Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator for our company, your main responsibility will be to operate and monitor machinery used in the production of carbon-based products. You will be required to set up machines, ensure proper calibration before starting production, and perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting of machines. It will be your duty to ensure that production targets and quality standards are met while maintaining proper records of production output and machine performance. Additionally, you must follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaboration with the production team to optimize workflow and efficiency is also an essential part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor machinery for producing carbon-based products - Set up machines and ensure proper calibration - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting - Ensure production targets and quality standards are met - Maintain records of production output and machine performance - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment - Collaborate with the production team for workflow optimization Qualifications Required: - Minimum 13 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing unit, preferably in carbon or chemical-based industries - Knowledge of machine operations, maintenance, and safety procedures - Ability to read and understand production schedules and work instructions - Good physical stamina and attention to detail - Willingness to work in shifts as per production requirements - Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor machine issues (preferred) - Familiarity with production documentation and record-keeping (preferred) In addition to the job role, we offer competitive salary and benefits, a safe and professional work environment, and opportunities for skill development within the company.
