Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.

• Ensure that the production line runs efficiently and meets daily targets.

• Check product quality as per company standards.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and report any technical issues.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

• Assist in loading/unloading materials as required.

• Maintain production records and update logs accurately.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma in relevant field.

• Basic knowledge of machine operation and troubleshooting.

• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
