Job Description

Machine Operator

Square-bottom automatic paper bag making machine
V-bottom / flat-bottom automatic paper bag making machine
Paper bag handle making machine
All other necessary machines used in a paper bag manufacturing factory

Key Responsibilities

Operate the automatic square-bottom bag making machine independently to deliver consistent, high-quality output.
Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting to reduce rejects and minimize downtime.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure bags meet specified dimensions, strength, and appearance standards.
Maintain accurate production logs and promptly report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
Follow all safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized.

Requirements

Prior hands-on experience operating and maintaining automatic square-bottom bag making machines (preferred).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain production quality and efficiency.
Basic mechanical skills for routine adjustments, minor repairs, and troubleshooting.
Punctual, dependable, and able to work effectively within production timelines.
