We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to run and maintain our automatic square-bottom paper bag making machine. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical ability, attention to quality, and a commitment to keeping the machine in top condition. Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting to reduce rejects and minimize downtime. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure bags meet specified dimensions, strength, and appearance standards. Maintain accurate production logs and promptly report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team. Follow all safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized. Requirements Prior hands-on experience operating and maintaining automatic square-bottom bag making machines (preferred). Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain production quality and efficiency. Basic mechanical skills for routine adjustments, minor repairs, and troubleshooting.
