Job Summary

CNC / Machining Roles:

• Operate and set up CNC, VMC, HMC, VTL, and Conventional Lathe machines.
• Perform tool setting, offset adjustments, and re-setting as per production requirements.
• Develop, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs (G & M codes) for advanced roles.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Ensure machining accuracy, surface finish, and adherence to cycle times.
• Identify and resolve minor tool, fixture, or program issues.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  

Composite Technician Trainee Roles:

• Assist in composite lay-up, curing, trimming, and finishing.
• Support in tool/mould preparation and equipment handling.
• Follow process instructions and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace quality and safety standards.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• CNC / Machining Roles:

  ITI / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical or related trade)

• Composite Trainee Roles:

  ITI (Fitter, Electrician, Machinist, Turner, Wireman, etc.) or Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Polymer, Aeronautical)

• Experience:

  Fresher to 10 years (depending on role)

• Gender:

  Male / Female (Female preferred for Aerospace roles)

• Age Limit:

  Below 35 years

Skills & Requirements

• Hands-on experience with CNC controls (Fanuc preferred for machining roles)
• Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and machining processes (advanced roles)
• Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge and technical aptitude (Aerospace Trainee roles)
• Good hand skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
