SUMMARY

• 6+ years of professional ML engineering experience at an AI/ML-focused organization.
• 3+ years of experience with data gathering and preprecognizedr ML models
• You are familiar with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI integration optimization techniques to improve the performance - scalability, cost, latency, throughput - of large scale production AI systems (KEEP)
• Proficiency with Python and Bash scripting.
• 4+ years of on-the-job experience with an industry recognized ML framework such as scikit-learnrecognized ML framework such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, Daskxperience programming with Python, Scala, or Java
• Experience training large-scale foundation models (VLMs, text-to-video models, etc) utilizing distributed training and high-performance optimization techniques such as quantization, mixed precision, model parallelism, data parallelism or FSDP.
• Extensive practical experience with PyTorch.
• Strong proficiency in Python and software development best practices such as unit testing, documentation, code review, continuous integration, and dependency management.
• An ability to move fast and switch between modes of rapid prototyping and robust implementation as required.
• Experience with Apache Airflow and AWS Cloud for data orchestration and workflow automation.
