About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI / Machine Learning Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence models to solve complex business problems. This role involves working with large-scale data, building predictive models, and integrating AI/ML solutions into production systems. The candidate is expected to stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and drive continuous innovation across products and services.

What You'll Do:
Machine Learning Model Development:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning models to address business and technical challenges.
- Apply supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques as required.
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze large, complex, and structured/unstructured datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Perform feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with data engineering, product management, software development, and business teams to translate requirements into AI/ML solutions.
- Support end-to-end model lifecycles from concept to production.
Model Integration & Deployment:
- Integrate AI/ML models into existing software systems and applications.
- Ensure model scalability, performance, and reliability.
Innovation & Continuous Learning:
- Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research, trends, tools, and best practices.
- Proactively recommend and implement new approaches to improve existing solutions.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Experience with Deep Learning Frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and libraries (NLTK, SpaCy, Gensim)
- Familiarity with Big Data Platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Hive)
- Proficiency in SQL and complex query writing
- Experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of Computer Vision concepts and libraries (OpenCV)
- Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning algorithms
- Experience with Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
