Roles and Responsibilities:

Model Development & Deployment

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models with a focus on fast and reliable experimentation.
• Build APIs and microservices to serve ML models at scale.

Feature Development & Engineering

• Design and deliver backend features efficiently in collaboration with analytics, architects, and PMs.
• Identify solutions to improve scalability, minimize bugs, and reduce costs.

Pipeline & Infrastructure

• Develop and maintain data ingestion, preprocessing, and training pipelines.
• Deploy scalable data and model solutions that improve efficiency across ML workflows.

Collaboration & Integration

• Define and execute

  end-to-end ML solutions

  from ideation to production.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ML features seamlessly.

Monitoring & Research

• Monitor model performance in production using statistical and ML-based methods.
• Ensure robustness, accuracy, and reliability of ML systems.

Ownership & Delivery

• Lead or contribute to POCs and full-scale ML rollouts.
• Manage project deadlines and deliverables in an agile environment.

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

• Strong expertise in Machine Learning algorithms and workflows
• Proficiency in Python and its ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy)
• Hands-on programming experience in Java for backend development and integration
• Experience with end-to-end ML model development, training, deployment, and monitoring

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with AI/ML advanced concepts (deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, computer vision)
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud-based ML deployments
• Understanding of big data pipelines and distributed computing frameworks
• Exposure to MLOps tools for model lifecycle management

Education:

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience OR
• Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field
