Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training sessions on

  Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Python, and related tools

  .
• Design curriculum, lesson plans, learning materials, PPTs, assignments, quizzes, and hands-on projects.
• Explain mathematical and statistical foundations behind ML/AI algorithms in simple language.
• Provide real-time industry use-cases, model deployment strategies, and production best practices.
• Conduct classroom and online instructor-led training sessions.
• Teach relevant Python libraries including

  NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch

  , etc.
• Guide students on data preprocessing, model building, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
• Assign real-time capstone projects and evaluate performance.
• Support students during internship tasks, project submissions, and portfolio development.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and monitor learner progress.
• Prepare assessment tests and track student performance metrics.
• Stay updated with latest industry trends, frameworks, and AI research updates.
• Coordinate with academic teams and contribute to content enhancement.
• Mentor students on interview preparation, technical rounds, and job roles in AI/ML.
  

Required Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Machine Learning algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering, etc.)
• Deep Learning, CNN, RNN, ANN, LSTM, NLP basics
• Python programming
• Data Wrangling & EDA
• Feature Engineering & Model Optimization
• TensorFlow / Keras / PyTorch
• Scikit-Learn, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib
• Model Evaluation Metrics
• Model Deployment (preferred)
• Basic understanding of MLOps concepts (added advantage)
