**Job Description:** As a Machine Labeling Administrator at Electronic Arts, you will be responsible for executing core machine labeling efforts within the Community Moderation & Care Organization. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing machine-learning models by executing labeling jobs following industry best practices and contributing to the improvement of community moderation efforts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with your team and stakeholders to implement effective data labeling and image labeling methods based on feedback and learnings - Contribute to building a positive customer experience by identifying and mitigating negative and aggressive players through the assessment of machine learning model accuracy - Meet and exceed all key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, adherence, quality, and accuracy - Ensure consistency in machine model calibration while adhering to internal and external procedures - Support other departments/studios through closed feedback loops and provide necessary assistance - Generate ad hoc reports and undertake projects as needed - Analyze game, categorization, and reporting anomalies and report findings accordingly - Conduct threat and risk assessments on product functionalities and behavioral trends - Serve as a point of contact for calibration-related issues - Proactively enhance industry knowledge and advocate for the quality of moderation machine models - Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Team Manager **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in data modeling and image labeling with a focus on coordinating Machine Learning (ML) activities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional operational performance - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills - Excellent communication skills in a professional setting - Demonstrated initiative, problem ownership, and resolution skills - Appetite for innovation and continuous improvement *Note: The additional details about Electronic Arts have been omitted as they were not present in the job description.*,
