JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Service Engineer Location: Panvel, Navi Mumbai Experience Level: 1-2 Years’ Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance services to our clients. In this role, you will diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure optimal performance of our products. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically adept, and solution-oriented. Key Responsibilities: ●     Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime. ●     Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients. ●     Conduct training sessions for clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment. ●     Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and client interactions. ●     Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues. ●     Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Qualifications Requried: ●     Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). ●     2–5 years of experience in a technical or service engineering role. ●     Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. ●     Excellent communication and customer service abilities. ●     Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and technical documentation. Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
