Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
Build and customize SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and extensions using React/TypeScript.
Develop automation and business workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell scripts.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective M365 solutions.
Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Power BI).
Manage permissions, security settings, and content governance.
Perform migrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting of SharePoint environments.
Document solutions and provide technical support to end users.

Required Skills & Experience:

2- 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online development.
Strong knowledge of SPFx, React/TypeScript, and REST APIs / Graph API.
Experience with Power Platform Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI integration.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell scripting.
Understanding of SharePoint permissions, content types, site collections, and workflows.
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Teams integrations, and M365 administration.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or SharePoint Developer Associate (preferred).
Experience in SharePoint migrations (on-prem to online) using tools like ShareGate or Metalogix.
Exposure to Teams App Development or Power Virtual Agents.
