Job Description

Role Purpose:

Acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyse business requirements for Copilot use cases across departments.
Map business processes to Copilot capabilities and identify optimisation opportunities.
Define functional specifications and user stories for Copilot deployment.
Support change management, training, and adoption strategies.
Collaborate with architects and developers to validate solutions against business objectives.

Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot , Copilot Studio and SharePoint features.
Business analysis and process mapping expertise.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Familiarity with compliance and governance requirements in regulated industries.
Good to have experience in delivering using trainings and documentation.
