If i think of a Villa, i think of space. For me their villa sizes are small and can be compared to any 1500 sqft 3BHK Apartment. It is outside city limits. Considering the size of the villa, in same price I can get apartment with more amenities within city limits.

Good project but too expensive for that location. There the land price is Rs.1500 per sft. and the construction cost is also expensive. 6 KM away from Hoskote. very far from Whitefield tooo

There's no proper internet facility available there , Please check with people living there..Also they haven't completed or not planned any clubhouse for phase-1 which is uncertain for phase-2 as well.

Hi it's excellent villa community with modern amenities with lot more Eco friendly systems, BMRDA, RERA & SBI Approval, handing over from Jan 2020, 1826 - 1975 sft 92 lacs onwards
