Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Mentor (M-Tech) located in Chennai. The Technical Mentor will be responsible for mentoring students, creating and delivering technical content, conducting workshops and bootcamps, and providing support to help students acquire essential tech skills. The mentor will also engage with curriculum development, assess student progress, and offer career guidance to facilitate job placements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of programming languages, software development, and system design
• Experience in mentoring, teaching, or conducting workshops in a technical field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create and deliver engaging technical content
• Proficiency in curriculum development and assessing student progress
• Strong career guidance and support skills
• Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Industry experience in top tech companies is a plus
