Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and fashion-forward Fashion Consultant to join our team at luxury retail store. You will be the face of the brand, delivering personalized styling advice and an exceptional in-store experience to our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, understanding their style preferences and wardrobe needs

Offer personalized fashion advice aligned with brand aesthetics and customer profiles

Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets

Maintain deep knowledge of products, collections, seasonal trends, and brand story

Manage visual merchandising and ensure displays are in line with brand standards

Build long-term relationships with customers through clienteling and follow-ups

Handle exchanges, returns, and feedback in a professional and brand-aligned manner

Stay updated on fashion trends, competitors, and luxury market developments

Skills & Qualifications:

1–4 years of experience in premium/luxury fashion retail

Excellent grooming and communication skills

Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling

Ability to engage customers with confidence, empathy, and poise

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player

Fluency in English and local language preferred
