As a Fashion Consultant at our luxury retail store, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized styling advice and delivering exceptional in-store experiences to our discerning clientele. Your enthusiasm and fashion-forward approach will be key in representing our brand effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers, understanding their style preferences and wardrobe needs - Offer personalized fashion advice aligned with brand aesthetics and customer profiles - Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets - Maintain deep knowledge of products, collections, seasonal trends, and brand story - Manage visual merchandising and ensure displays are in line with brand standards - Build long-term relationships with customers through clienteling and follow-ups - Handle exchanges, returns, and feedback in a professional and brand-aligned manner - Stay updated on fashion trends, competitors, and luxury market developments Qualifications: - 4 years of experience in premium/luxury fashion retail - Excellent grooming and communication skills - Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling - Ability to engage customers with confidence, empathy, and poise - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player - Fluency in English and local language preferred In addition to the exciting opportunity to work with global luxury brands and be part of a growing luxury retail industry, we offer a competitive salary with incentives, as well as growth and training opportunities in customer experience and styling.
