As a Full-time, On-site employee working from 10AM to 7PM (Tuesday to Sunday) at Hebbal, Bangalore, you will be responsible for showcasing luxury properties to clients, maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, and negotiating terms of sale to achieve sales targets. You should possess excellent presentation and communication skills, knowledge of geographical locations in Bangalore, and an understanding of industry trends in Luxury Real Estate. Key Responsibilities include demonstrating professionalism in appearance, building and maintaining client relationships, organizing exclusive events, and providing expert advice on market trends and investment opportunities. Your role will also involve delivering exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Qualifications for this role include a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a relevant field, along with 2+ years of experience in Luxury Sales, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role. Excellent communication, sales, and presentation skills are essential, along with a results-driven mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
