You will be working as a Luxury Real Estate Sales Executive at Saturn Realcon Pvt. Ltd., a Bengaluru-based premium luxury Real Estate advisory/channel partner company. Specializing in high-end properties across India and Dubai, the company has a strong presence in India, Singapore, and the USA. Your role will involve crafting data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies to connect luxury real estate developers with the right clientele, including NRIs and HNIs worldwide. Your key responsibilities will include demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills, maintaining a professional appearance, possessing excellent knowledge about geographical locations in Bangalore, and understanding industry trends in Luxury Real Estate. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals within the luxury real estate segment, showcasing luxury properties to clients through presentations, property tours, and organizing exclusive events. Negotiating terms and conditions of sale with prospective buyers to achieve sales targets, providing expert advice and guidance to clients regarding market trends, property values, and investment opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally is essential. To qualify for this role, you should hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a relevant field, along with 2+ years of experience in Luxury Sales, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role. Excellent communication, sales, and presentation skills are required. A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and achieving results is essential. Experience in Luxury Real Estate Sales or similar roles is a plus.
