Role & responsibilities Design Leadership & Vision Define and drive the creative direction of the brands Easy Pret collections. Develop 8+ collections annually (approx. 10 looks per collection, with 2–3 colorways each). Maintain a sharp pulse on global trends, while adapting them to the Indian and international luxury market. Collection Development Translate brand philosophy into commercially viable yet aesthetic collections. Oversee end-to-end process — from mood boards and sketches to fabric selection, pattern-making, and final sampling. Demonstrate a brilliant eye for detail in fabrics, finishes, trims, and garment construction. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a growing team of designers, pattern masters, sampling tailors, and fashion designers . Guide the team through design development, fit sessions, and prototyping. Foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the design function. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with vendors, manufacturers, and sampling teams to ensure feasibility, quality, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to align timelines and deliverables. Take ownership of execution and ensure design intent is uncompromised. Quality & Market Fit Uphold luxury standards in every design output. Balance creativity with commercial awareness, ensuring collections resonate with the aspirational Easy Pret customer. Preferred candidate profile 6–8+ years of experience in luxury/elevated Easy Pret design (experience with labels such as Anita Dongre, Raw Mango Pret, Mulmul, or international fast-fashion houses with process depth is valuable). Exceptional aesthetic sensibility — color, fabric, silhouette, and detail. A keen eye for detail with the ability to elevate garments through perfect finishes, trims, and fabric choices. Proven ability to conceptualize and deliver full collections . Hands-on knowledge of pattern-making, sampling, and garment construction . Strong trend forecasting ability and market awareness. Team leadership experience; ability to inspire, direct, and elevate others. Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad and work full-time on-ground.
