Role Overview:

The Home Concierge serves as a trusted advisor and experience curator for high-net-worth individuals seeking second homes in Goa. This role goes beyond sales—it involves building emotional connections, offering strategic guidance, and ensuring a seamless and memorable property journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized, appointment-led walkthroughs for HNI/UHNI clients
• Understand individual buyer motivations—emotional, lifestyle, or investment-driven
• Present luxury villas and land offerings through confident storytelling and visioning
• Tailor client interactions to match preferences, pace, and expectations
• Collaborate with CRM, Legal, and Project teams to ensure accurate, timely information
• Maintain detailed follow-ups with emotional and factual recall
• Build long-term relationships rooted in trust and transparency
• Uphold a composed, informed, and respectful brand tone at all touchpoints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
