We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing start-up in the paint manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building our customer base, promoting our product line, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories. This role requires creativity, agility, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify, approach, and on board new clients (dealers, distributors, retailers, construction companies, etc.) 2. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand market presence 3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients 4. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals 5.
