We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing start-up in the paint manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building our customer base, promoting our product line, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories. This role requires creativity, agility, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, approach, and on board new clients (dealers, distributors, retailers, construction companies, etc.)
2. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand market presence
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
4. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals
5. Collect market intelligence, including competitor analysis and customer feedback

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
