POSITION : HR Executive Job Location : Delhi (Gurugram) Department : Human Resources Job Summary We are a leading firm offering comprehensive accounting, tax, and corporate secretarial services and we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage and execute our core human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be the go-to person for all daily HR activities, including payroll processing, attendance management, onboarding, ensuring policy compliance, and generating critical HR reports. This is a hands-on role critical for maintaining smooth and efficient HR functioning and providing data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities Payroll, Attendance, & Reporting: Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees. Manage attendance records, leaves, and overtime calculations. Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll and attendance. Ensure full compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, PT, etc.). Generate and maintain accurate monthly reports for payroll, attendance, and leave records. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics for management review. • Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate the entire onboarding process for new hires. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining documents. Conduct orientation sessions to ensure a smooth integration for new employees. Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases. HR Compliance & Policy Administration: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases meticulously. Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures. Assist in ensuring compliance with all Indian labour laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Support in the preparation of documents for audits and legal requirements. Compile and submit all statutory reports and returns in a timely manner. Assist in preparing reports for internal and external audits. HR Operations & Support: Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit formalities. Process full and final settlements. Handle basic employee queries and provide necessary support. Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience of 3-5 years as an HR Executive or in a similar HR operational role. Hands-on experience in processing payroll end-to-end is a must. Solid understanding of Indian payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, LWF, Gratuity), and labour laws. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR software/mobile apps for attendance. Desired Attributes Meticulous attention to detail and a high sense of accuracy, especially with numbers and data. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
