The candidate needs to be well rounded in the field of process engineering and with emphasis on chemical and process control technologies and well versed in process safety management principles and apply them routinely during their tenure. Prior experience with polymers and chlorine is considered a plus as well as experience with process automation and the application of statistical analysis tools.
