You will specifically support BOOST participants and their projects, but will also work beyond that scope, depending on leadership priorities You will develop and facilitate workshops and experiments, producing insights and ideas that help identify and support creating tactical transformation roadmaps for all verticals in CB Operations. This includes identifying similarities and establishing synergy for problems raised and ideas developed to provide better scalable solutions and prioritisation of book of work Your skills and experience 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably combining agile change execution work with operations, track record of high level of ownership and applying entrepreneurial thinking to enable collaborative outcomes and deliver impact Thorough knowledge of DB-approved low-code tools (PowerPlatform and Power apps including Power Automate and PowerBI, Tableau, Pentaho, Alteryx, UWQ). Knowledge of Python is a big plus Desire to analyse and solve problems with innovative solutions. Strong business and process improvement acumen, clarity of thought to operate quickly, efficiently, and stay comfortable in “uncharted waters” to build things quickly while things around you are moving Independent self-driven character with good emotional coefficient, outstanding work ethics, and experience in persuasive communication (written and oral) with stakeholders of various seniority and backgrounds.
