We are the manufacturer injection molding & PCB Assemblies through SMT process. We are looking for SMT line operator & Process engineers with Skilled manpower.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an SMT Line Operator located in Chennai. The SMT Line Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining SMT machines, ensuring quality control during the production process, assisting in the training of new operators, and maintaining effective communication with the team. Day-to-day tasks include preparing machines for production runs, monitoring the quality of output, troubleshooting equipment issues, and keeping accurate records of production data.

• Quality Control skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Training skills
• Basic Computer Literacy
• Technical expertise in SMT line operations is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
