Role Summary: We are seeking energetic and skilled Sales Engineers to strengthen our operations in Chennai. The role involves developing dealer and distributor networks, providing technical support, and driving business growth by engaging with key customers across the region. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and support dealer/distributor networks in the assigned territory. ● Generate and convert RFQs into business opportunities. ● Provide on-site technical support to customers and resolve technical queries. ● Identify new customers in key industry segments to expand market presence. ● Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications & Skills: ● Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. ● Minimum 3+ years of experience in field sales or technical support (Hydraulics preferred). ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Strong technical understanding and problem-solving ability. ● Willingness to travel frequently within the region. ● Self-driven, hands-on attitude with a passion for business growth.
