Job Summary:

An experienced Oracle Fusion Planning Consultant with over 5+ years of experience in the Plan to Manufacture (PTM) domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Backlog Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning Solution Design:

  Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Planning modules like Supply Planning, Demand Management, and Planning Central.

• Business Process Analysis:

  Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and provide best practice solutions aligned with planning strategies.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure seamless end-to-end planning execution.

• Testing and Quality Assurance:

  Develop test scenarios, conduct functional and integration testing, and validate planning outputs with stakeholders.

• Training and Documentation:

  Prepare user training materials, conduct training sessions, and document planning configuration and process flows.

• Issue Resolution and Continuous Improvement:

  Troubleshoot planning-related issues, analyze planning engine outputs, and implement enhancements based on performance insights

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud modules such as Supply Planning, Demand Management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Strong understanding of MRP, DRP, forecast consumption, and supply pegging.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation.

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle Cloud Planning certification is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with integrated modules such as Manufacturing, Procurement, and Inventory.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
• Exposure to planning data setup, collections, and planning analytics dashboards.
• Oracle Financials Cloud certification (optional but preferred).
