Roles & Responsibilities:-

Experience in FMCG sales with a strong in stakeholder Management & distributors data management skills.

Understand Sales & Marketing Plans from Superior & provide MIS support accordingly.

Coordinate with multiple teams for data inputs and validation.

Ensure on-time generation of all MIS / Reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS, Annual MIS, etc.) for perusal of the sales team, marketing team, and the management

Working on Sales Analytics

Sharing report to support in CSO / GM / ASM/ KAE/ logistics Team on a daily basis.

Any other task/responsibility assigned has been delivered to the management from time to time.

Track and report KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) relevant to the function.

Automate recurring reports using Excel formulas/macros or reporting tools.

Highlight anomalies or trends for management intervention.

Assist in audits and compliance reporting through timely data sharing.

Maintain database hygiene and back-ups.

Tabulating data, generating Report.

Analysing, Business trends, geography, product knowledge, front-line sales interaction, and Distributor-wise Sales data.
