Job Description

To oversee, plan and manage logistic, warehousing, transportation and customer services.
To prepare freight finalization and negotiations.
To Prepare Stock transfer order for all plants and depots.
Coordinate with all plant and depots for order authorization, material production and ensure incoming/outgoing check follows the inspection procedure.
To arrange vehicle as per the dispatch project requirements and take follow-ups till material reached to appropriate location.
Vehicle tracking according to STO and project order.
To maintain all MIS report of Spot vehicle availability, Freight and vehicle indent summary, STO vehicle transit received summary.
To do proper cost analysis, sales quotation and freight cost estimation and budgeting for cost consideration & outward movements with standard SOP.
Functioned on Warehouse & Fulfilment & Middle Mile Operations, End to End Logistics, Cost analysis, Floor management, Inventory control & reconciliation, Unsellable & Ageing stock liquidation, Manpower Management, Transport, vendor development.
Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization. WMS, 5S Process & Layout Implementation
