We are looking out for Logistics executive for our client office in Mumbai@Andher- east.

Job Description

Position: Logistics Executive

Location: Mumbai (Head Office)

Experience: 3-6 years in pharma / export logistics preferred

Reporting to: Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. CMO & Dispatch Coordination

-Coordinate with CMOs across India to align: Dispatch schedules, packing lists & invoices, Transport arrangements, ensure all material is prepared as per customer and regulatory requirements

2. Documentation Management

-Prepare and verify:

-Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COA, shipping Bill / AWB / BL, COO

-Share complete document set with customers, CHAs, freight forwarders, and banks

3. Export & Customs Coordination

-Negotiate with CHAs / Freight Forwarders on: Rates, Transit time, Mode of shipment (Air/Sea/Road)

-Coordinate on Customs clearance, Duty assessment, Export sealing procedures, ICD/CFS documentation, 4. E-Way Bill & Compliance, Generate and monitor E-way Bills

5. Banking / LC Documentation

-Share complete document sets with bank for negotiation / LC compliance

-Track document acknowledgements and discrepancies

6. Tracking & Post-Shipment Follow-up, Track shipment till final delivery

7. MIS & Dashboard Reporting

-Maintain daily / weekly MIS for:

-Dispatches, Pending shipments, CHAs performance, Delivery timelines, Cost analysis (freight / clearance)

Preferred:

-Working experience in pharma / healthcare / export trading company

-Experience in handling multi-location CMOs

-Knowledge of Indian & international shipping terms (Incoterms)

-Added advantage: Excel / AI based certification

-Experience with SAP/ ERP / SAP / Tally

-Educational Qualification: Minimum: Graduation (any stream)

Preferred: MBA (Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations / International Business)
