Logistics Executive

• Coordinate and arrange transportation for timely dispatch of goods.
• Liaise with courier companies (Bluedart, DTDC, etc.) for domestic shipments.
• Handle bookings on DHL or other international courier portals for overseas shipments.
• Arrange vehicles for dispatch as per schedule and delivery requirements.
• Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure prompt delivery of goods.
• Maintain records of all dispatch-related documentation (invoices, LR, tracking, etc.).
• Track shipments and update internal teams/customers on delivery status.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Stores, Production) for dispatch planning.
• Handle complaints or issues related to delivery delays or logistics problems.
• Ensure compliance with packaging and shipping standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate (B.A/B.Com preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics/dispatch (FMCG/pharma/herbal industry preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and courier booking portals.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of basic GST/tax invoice handling is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
