Thorough knowledge on Inward Movement of Cargo / Import Clearance (port & custom
activities)
Logistics documentation.
Tracking & Updating team on transit shipment.
Coordinating with CHA and vendor for custom clearance.
Coordination with accounts team for vendor payment and duty payments.
The foreign remittance, shipping docs, and LC.
Making monthly and weekly MIS.
Coordination for the generation of E Waybill for the domestic, export, and import shipment.
Dispatch of finished goods to customers and planning for vehicles.
Domestic logistics track
Developed and monitored the planning, organizing and execution of logistics support activities
Receive, review and confirm the freight invoices and Clearance invoices for handling charges.
Any other tasks that may be requested by line manager from time to time.
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 2-6 years
Good communication skills & ERP Knowledge will be added advantage
