Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inward Operations Executive – Purchase who will be responsible for handling the end-to-end inward operations. The ideal candidate will manage purchase orders, vendor coordination, dispatch activities, logistical arrangements, and reporting. Strong Excel and coordination skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Purchase Order (PO) Management:
• Create and maintain accurate POs based on procurement needs.
• Ensure POs are shared timely with vendors and internal teams.
• Vendor Coordination:
• Liaise with vendors for order status, dispatch schedules, and timely deliveries.
• Follow up with vendors for invoices, dispatch documents, and pending supplies.
• Dispatch and Inward Management:
• Track incoming shipments and coordinate timely inwarding of goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse/inventory team for smooth inward processes.
• Logistics Coordination:
• Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange transportation or vehicles for inward movement.
• Follow up with logistics partners for delivery status and delays.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain and update inward tracking sheets and purchase reports on Excel.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on inward movements and vendor performance.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (preferably supply chain/logistics).
• 0.6 - 1 years of relevant experience in inward operations or purchase coordination.
• Proficient in MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, data entry).
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors efficiently.
• Knowledge of inventory or procurement systems (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
