Work Schedule: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Monday to Friday | Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Job Summary:

We are hiring Logistics Coordinators (Freight Brokers) to be a part of our growing logistics team. The role involves coordinating freight shipments between U.S.-based shippers and carriers, handling international communications, and ensuring timely transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with shippers and carriers in the U.S. for freight movement coordination
• Negotiate freight rates and finalize load bookings
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Maintain shipment records and manage internal systems
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and carriers
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle any transportation challenges

Requirements:

• 0 to 6 months of experience in international customer handling or calling
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)
• Basic understanding of logistics is an advantage
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
