Salary: 3 LPA - 3.4 LPA Location: Lower Parel, West, Mumbai Working Days + Timing: Monday to Saturday + 9:30AM to 6:30PM Job Description: Managing Production and Logistics co-ordination. Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols. Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner. Site management for Projects to ensure deliverables are in sync with expectations. Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement. MUST HAVE: Good English skills, spoken, & written. Organizational and time management skills. Experience in the profile would be preferred. Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgment calls. NICE TO HAVE: CRM/ERP experience
