Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is responsible for creating reports using Power BI/Excel tools and finding opportunities for automation.
- Co-ordination with Freight forwarders, 3PL vendors and all involved internal functions/sites for Onboarding related queries.
- Weekly reporting, tracking of Onboarding status & sharing feedback to all stakeholders.
- Identify patterns and develop process improvement initiatives to reduce failures & cycle time.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI relational databases and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
- Must have working knowledge of Vendor Management (e.g Vendor creation, Vendor onboarding)
- Issue resolution & problem solving to ensure meeting TAT.
- Manage 3PL vendor relationship.
Qualifications
Success Indicators / Qualification:
- BBA, B. Com, MBA and PGDBM (Supply chain) / International Business/Business Administration with around 3 to 4 years of experience in Logistics industry.
- Experience in handling End to End Logistics operations with focus on identifying Cost saving and SLA improvement.
- Must have proven track record of Successful Handling of New Projects
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of logistic terminology and relevant data elements for reporting preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to push for issue resolution in a global, diverse and complex environment, based on influential management (Resolution).
- Strong analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
