Roles and Responsibilties Conduct solution walkthroughs, product demos, and presentations tailored to client requirements. Perform cold calling and proactive outreach to generate new leads and qualify potential clients. Manage CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Own follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to ensure timely communication and deal progression. Collaborate closely with internal teams- tech, marketing, and sales—to align on deliverables. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within client accounts. Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and global engagements. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in B2B consulting, pre-sales, or technology solutioning. Interns & Freshers are also welcome Hands-on experience with CRM tools and client lifecycle management. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Analytical mindset with a consultative, problem-solving approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
